I'm comparatively lower on Memphis' non-Gasol, non-Conley players and their coaching staff if you believe they can make the playoffs in the current west with Parsons' contract and with Luka. Because I'd bet against it. You know who else's starting SF spot is empty though? Kings'.

I believe no 2-5 range team currently has a particularly bright future. But Sacto has more assets than any of them at least, imo. Also you just said Grizzlies' starting SF spot is empty now you write Doncic off as a guard when discussing Kings while Kings' SF rotation is even more empty? Be consistent.

? That's exactly what I said. Mainly what I said anyway, we disagree with some of your minor claims there. But a great FO, coaching staff and ownership always worth a lot though, even if less so than roster fit for a player like Luka. That's why I put Mavs as the 2nd best option.
I also don't understand the "Kings have too many players who need the ball" narrative. Claimers of that, do you watch the Kings? Joerger runs a flex offense, doesn't rely on spread PnR initiation in his offense at all. Fox has shown to be a better off-ball PG than most other rookie PGs at his age historically. Being a useful off-ball PG isn't solely based on spot-up outside shooting, people. Bogdan is a solid PnR ball handler, but I'd laugh at anyone's face who claims he "needs" to be a ball handler or that his PnR ball handling is his biggest attribute. Hield is a bench scorer who works as a floor spacer with the 1st unit and doesn't fit to have any meaningful creation responsibility anyway. It seems like you project Kings not having any worthy pieces at PF and C as if they are loaded at the perimeter. And people mentioning Fox needing the ball and then claiming Mavs' roster is a good fit with DSJ there would be laughable.
Luka fits all 30 teams. I doubt he cares about his fit in different teams much. But if I were him I'd prefer Kings over the other 3 in the range he can go (2-5 as Phoenix is choosing Ayton outside of a miracle and Dallas isn't passing on Doncic outside of a miracle). This, of course doesn't account for trades. But theoretically any team can trade for him except GSW, HOU, etc. so that's just too many teams and possible trade scenarios to think about.
edit: I've seen many people from Slovenia reading the blog posts today after I checked the stats for the first time and was surprised a little at the sheer amount of Slovenians following the thread. Anyway, I wanted to ask, does any of you know whether Sasa Doncic will be at the draft? I saw Luka's mother arriving at NYC with him in a tweet, but am a little curious about his father. Because you know, an interesting person, he is
