It's a possibility, and that's too much for me.

It will be if Philly get Kawhi and LeBron.

Some people are not getting that. It would close the celtics chances of ever getting out of the east for the next 4 to 5 years.
1.) No it wouldn't.
2.) It isn't happening, so it's moot.
People are really not getting that the Lakers won't miss an opportunity to add Lebron James and Kawhi Leonard (especially now that PG is unavailable). They're just trying to do it without selling the farm. But, if one of us or Philly pushes our chips in and forces them to, they will.
That's where Lebron and Kawhi want to be. Kawhi won't give a different team an indication that he'll resign. A Tatum or a Simmons would have to come on the table for there to be any real chance of a different outcome, which just won't happen without a commitment from Kawhi.
Any noise you hear about us or Philly making serious headway is 100% posturing to crack LA's coffers open.
I could be dead wrong. I'll own up to it if I am. But until I am, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Danny knows this. Spurs can now hold Danny’s balls and demand Tatum or deal with SuperTeam and not coming out aive in the next 5 yrs.
Unless DA knows its all crap (which it is) in which case he'll laugh, tell them to call him back after the 4th when LeBron makes his announcement via cartoon and get what he wants in a few days. Remember, the worst case is LeBron AND Kawhi both going to Sixers. Without LeBron its not really that big a deal. If the Sixers overpay for a year of Kawhi then let them.

Yep. Afam's back.

You are not dead wrong. You are 100 percent correct.
All the Lakers need to do is include Ingram in their offer and it's over. There is a reason why this 76ers meeting suddenly just materialized; it's all posturing on LeBron's part.

It shows with what they are offering. I am not saying they should offer this, but if what they are offering doesn't include Kyrie Irving, Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Gordon Hayward, then move on.
Lol what’s the point of moving on? Not like Danny is wasting your time or anything. If there’s talk then the Celtics should continue talking till the very end. The change of opinion can happen from a day to day basis. That’s stupid for the Celtics to just end and focus on the season which is like 3 months away. No reason not to talk with the spurs.
Keep talking for what, to keep low balling them, offering Terry Rozier picks. If celtics had Kawhi i wouldn't want them to accept any offer that doesn't include Jaylen Brown. I don't care if they put both the kings or memphis pick on the table. No Jaylen Brown, or Jayson Tatum, no deal.
Why bother to call them just to keep low balling them. This why teams hesitate in trading their star players to the celtics.

Not 100%, but pretty good. Jaylen being offered with a resigned Smart and the Kings pick would end this right now. A better offer, and we wouldn’t be making them take two years of Deng.
