Lowry, Hill, Horford, Chris Paul, Millsap, Ariza, Redick Iggy, both Gasols, Korver,Anu, Dirk are all as old or older. Orlando's current starter is a year younger and far worse.

And Dragic has at most two years left, he's almost assured to be very productive throughout this contract.

Again, not worth trading for and giving any substantial assets for. He simply doesn’t fit our timeline. I wouldn’t want Orlando to trade for any of the players you mentioned above. Us not signing IT is a perfect example of what I mean.

Nothing against Dragic, but his best days are surely behind him.

Never understood this mindset. It's also prevalent on the Knicks board. I'm of the opinion that even if a team is going with the youth movement, they still need a vet or two to pass on experience and work ethic. They're important for teaching the tricks of the trade. Having a 32 year old Dragic help take pressure off of your youngins helps them develop and improves your team overall.

But you seem to be really picky in what you want for a point guard. If simply for the expiring contracts and no other assets involved, no way to get anything you might deem "ideal."

they are and are playing. But not one is targeting them right now as a primary player. (except for CP3 and Houston and they will regret that deal).

please understand, im not saying Dragic wouldnt be productive for 2 years, but 32 is getting old for NBA player. 32 is past their prime

He's signed through age 33. And a negative value is offered, he's a borderline all star on a good contract.

for the record, i wouldnt have a problem with Dragic, depending on what it would cost.

Call it in.

Jones
Wiggins
Isaac
Gordon
Bamba

Very balanced starting five.

I'm fine with this. Make it happen.

In that 3 way deal with T.Wolves & Magic what about the Bucks being that 3rd team and giving T.Wolves either Bledsoe who they could trade? Bucks get Vucevic to team up with B.Lopez.

I like this trade in a vacuum but we would be giving up serious cap space for next year and beyond by adding Wiggins and I think we'll need that to find a PG next year (or sooner). Tyus Jones doesn't move the needle-he only adds to our stockpile of good backup PG's. We really really need a PG or our offense and young guys will continue to flounder...Wiggins is one more guy who would probably look way better playing off of a strong scoring guard-which won't happen with this team for at least a couple years in this scenario.

Tyus Jones is more than good enough to be your starting PG, that much is obvious to every basketball watcher except Senõr Thibodeu who has a weird crush on Teague.

Would greatly appreciate if you could take Matthews and then a S&T Yogi Ferrel for your PG hole. Dallas has no use for Vuc, so he can be flipped to a 3rd team where Dal gets the minor asset and Orl gets a sweetner of sorts
