Olynyk logged a ton of minutes at PF. Whiteside isn't in their longterm plans, I doubt Winslow is either. We could throw a few 2nds at them to make it worthwhile?
(Whiteside)/Bam/WCS
Johnson/Olynyk
Richardson/Derrick Jones JR/Mcgruder
Waiters/Ellington/Wade
Gragic/Johnson
They have a ton of 2-3s. More so than bigs

What if the Kings truly want to play fast. Could they have a rotation like this?
WCS(24) /Giles (24)
Bagley(24) / Jackson (24)
Bogdan(30)/Shump (18)
Buddy(30)/Yogi(18)
Fox(30)/Mason(18)
That would be a real fast and real young team. And I like the idea of playing Jackson at PF.

Eh...they like Giles but they aren't playing him 30 minutes a night and i'd seriously doubt he even starts to begin the year. Jason March said recently the only goal for Harry in Summer League was to see him get through it healthy. That doesn't sound like a guy they're counting being a day-in day-out starter.
My hope is that they take it slow with him and sit him the majority of back-to-backs throughout the year. If they're counting on him being a long term piece of the future no need to overuse him in a year where you're not even expected to win 30 games. They've already used the slow approach sitting him for a year...no way they're just gonna run him ragged and risk injury.
I think we'll see him play in spurts this year and then when all the other bigs (koufos, randolph, wcs) come off the books next summer he'll take over as the full time starter, if healthy, in 2019-2020 (he'll be 3 full years removed from last surgery/injury at that point).

They need to show they have a future this year. Harry will play 28 min a game on avg.

What's a better sign for the future than a big who plays an ultra-productive 18 mins a night his rookie year? People all offseason would ask "how good could Harry be with extended minutes next year?!". I'd take that over risking injury in a rebuilding year.
Just by comparison the kings leader in minutes played 28 per game last season. So you're saying you're ok with Harry potentially leading the team in minutes after not playing at all the prior season because of acl tears?

Harry was ready to go in Feb and has been working up to it. They are more likely to give him the second night of a back to back off.
Most starters play 30 plus minutes.

I agree with this. We simply can’t rush Giles this season. No B2B games no matter what IMO, pick the game we are more likely to win/match up/injuries, but you don’t put him out there too much this season in terms of games played. I would rather lower games played but higher MPG. Nothing unnecessary, about 24-25 depending on his practise workload.

Playing 18-19 minutes per night might sound like a little but you can make a significant impact in that time while not putting yourself at significant risk for re-injury. Just by comparison...Kosta played 19 minutes a game last year and was probably one of the 3 best players on the team. Embiid's first year he wasn't logging heavy minutes but was still scoring 20 a night.

A lot of Wolves fan say that Bjelica at the 3 had the most success for them.

The consensus here seemed to be he is better as a 4. I think his "success" as a 3 was simply due to Butler being out and him getting more playing time. That being said, he's not going to fit into the Thibs caveman style basketball. If you put him in a D'Antoni type offense he's going thrive and be a full time 4. He sounds like a Boris Diaw type.
I'm hoping we play as one of the fastest teams in the league. Our entire roster is setup to play that way. However, it goes against Joerger's history as a coach so I'm not really expecting that to happen. The main issue is to truly play that way Z-Bo and Koufos are going to have to be permanent DNP and those are Joerger guys so who knows if that will happen.
I expect a lot of posters on this board to be calling for Joerger's head around December.

That's the thing, the team is half built to play fast, and half built not to. Well lets say have of the rotation used last year isn't built that way. Honestly, the only young player I see having no competition for the starting gig is Fox. From there on I won't be surprised by any shenanigans.
My bet at the moment is Joerger will do whatever he wants and bring up such and such about practice, experience, yada yada yada. I would think looking at it the lineup will be Fox, Bogdan, Bjelica, Bagley, and Willie but who knows.
