Welcome Norvel Pelle
Norvel Pelle/Nerlens Noel kind of similar. At least they rhyme.

He’s here to get cut so they can sign him on the Blue Coats.

both are 6'11 centers that were at one time the number one recruit from their class who both were the #6 picks in the 2013 drafts (nba and g league) by Philadelphia-affiliated teams and both are of Caribbean descent.Lovetron Joe wrote:Norvel Pelle/Nerlens Noel kind of similar. At least they rhyme.

Plot twist: End of season, Scooby and Shaggy rip off Norvel Pelle’s mask revealing it was Nerlens the whole time.

Is "The Pellevator" a top 3 nickname on the team?

The kid from St. Joesph's is the one who can shoot threes. This is a skinny run and jump guy. If they send him to the G-league after preseason, he won't get picked up so they can recall him for depth if they have a rash of big injuries.

Not impressed by his performance in summer league, cant we just sign Christian Wood instead?

Just realized I should have posted this on the Ben Simmons thread.

I'm not really sure if he's good, but man is he fun to watch. Pretty telling that he got a shot over Jonah.

I believe Jonah was out with some small injury, but I'm fine with Pelle getting those deep depth minutes over him. Solid rim protector and lob target who plays disciplined and under control.youngcrev wrote:I'm not really sure if he's good, but man is he fun to watch. Pretty telling that he got a shot over Jonah.

Sixers needed some more size and energy at times. Pelle or Bolden could be an option.
I like Horford at PF. Maybe Pelle and Horford to anchor the bench line ups.

I agree but is that enough spacing for the Ben lineup?
