F the wild card spot, i want the division. I dont want to play which basically amounts to a "play in" game to the real playoffs.

And that was well before this current cheat code version of Yelich existed. Ask me today and its a coin flip. What a season. And again, what an absolute home run by David Stearns.

It's so ridiculously awesome that we have him for 4 more seasons. I kind of take these with a grain of salt but fangraphs 'value" chart puts this season at $54.4M... which is more than he is schedule to make his entire 5 years in Milwaukee.
Cain's is "valued" at $44.9. I admittedly didn't love that signing at the time but I'm happy to look wrong as of now. I did love the Yelich trade from the get go so at least was 50% right this winter lol.

Enjoy reading some old takes.
I remember I was out and about on the Cain/Yelich night which was probably good because I basically said, "I am in the middle" on the Yelich deal and that was about it and might have said stuff a bit more incriminating. That said, I think I was a Cain signing guy all along.

Some absolutely terrible takes.
