Yes I think they would, but that doesn't mean they'll let themselves get robbed. So please don't be one of those posters who comes in our threads every day with lopsided trades.
My guess is Wall would have Blake Griffin-type value (two quality starters + protected 1st), and it will take close to a ransom to get Beal.
Porter's value is harder to ascertain , but Kevin O'Connor recently proposed a trade with New Orleans that involves Porter for Randle + Hill + 1st. So not huge value but it's not like they'll have to salary dump him or anything.
In reverse order:
1. If I could get Porter for Randle, Hill & NO's '19 R1 pick, I'd do it in a minute.
2. I don't think it'll take "close to a ransom" to get Beal.
3. I also don't think John will bring what Griffin brought: for one thing I thought Detroit overpaid for him. Has Detroit improved? They fired the FO that made the trade!
Still, it'll take something meaningful to get any of these guys.
(Note that the Clippers used the Detroit R1 pick they got in the Griffin trade, #12, to pick Shai Gilgeous-Alexander -- but not quite: they gave something to Charlotte to swap up to #11 from #12.)
