While true, it's still unfair question to a rookie. A winning culture may transform him into the player all fans hoped he will turn into.
Or maybe the player(s) should transform the culture into a winning one. It is kinda expected of you being the first pick.
Not going to pin all this losing on just him. This team can't rise above bottom with all the players playing but his instincts, feel and drive for the game he has shown is quite a problem for one considered a cornerstone.
Of course the losing isn't all on him. He's still one of our best players. We have no roster and only 4 players who are not rookies healthy right now, and they are not exactly top tier players (Ariza, Holmes, Crawford and Jackson). I mean the latter two rank very low in metrics. So without Booker and Warren, we really only have Ariza and Holmes who are playing NBA caliber basketball, and Ariza has been fairly disappointing.
Before TJ and Booker went down we were competing against some good teams...should have beat Boston, played Philly and Toronto tough, beat the Bucks, etc.
