I just happen to think the true definition of run pass option is different than you do apparently.
To me, there are only two options. 1. Hand off. 2. Pass.
Any scenario where a QB can or does run the ball isn't a RPO anymore. Perhaps that's semantics, but that's how it's always been explained.
