We'll bring in Bender as a reclamation project, but he wont be known as one of the kids even though he'd be just 21.

In most situations, you aren't getting assets for a reclamation project. Imagine DEN was estatic to get anything for Mud last year.

Riiiiiight and we're not trying to build around Porzingis and Kevin Knox. Of course we made a Ryan Anderson type of trade, we traded Melo for Kanter, MCdermott and a 2nd round pick. McDermott got flipped for Mudiay (22 years old) and the 2nd round pick we got we used to draft Mitchell Robinson (20 years old). Even if Mudiay doesn't become a part of the core, at least we picked up Mitchell Robinson who could have been a 1st round pick himself. Kanter coming off the books will create cap space so we can add another piece to the core. But yeah ignore all that, we're not doing anything to build a young core, nothing whatsoever
