Pops giving kind words to Adams isn’t coincidence.

patterson and ferguson being capable shooting the ball is kind of important. hopefully that continues. and hopefully abrines gets over his worms. i'm done with diallo. nader might be better but he's pretty slow / bad on defense.

I try to be objective and give credit where it’s due. Nader may end up being a solid end of bench rotation player. It’s kind of ironic that the guy who looks like the most un-Presti type player on the roster seems to fit so well. It’s almost like having a player with basketball skills who isn’t a freak athlete seems to have a place on a team.

Still don't get why such a great coach traded for Derozan though

because he's showing no signs of shooting / scoring better? i think i was pretty clear on that. shooting poorly today is part of the 'meaningful trend' encompassing the entire season.
He's shooting 46% over there last four coming into this game, which could be part of a trend or just random variance, but you weren't here talking about it after the last two for some reason.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

2 games ago I didn't know why he was on our roster and now he's showing the value he can bring to this team. Still need more playing time before having a real opinion on him but I'm hopeful

“Done with diallo” in what sense? He probably isn’t going to contribute much this year but neither did Ferguson last year.

Derozan has fallen off a cliff.
Also please let 2Pat be back.

It's worked really well for the Spurs for years.
Said in a thread about which point guards would make OKC better if they replaced Westbrook:

Pop also made great adjustments this game and Westbrook couldn't take easy midrange shots like last game. He's slowly getting his shot back. Nothing meaningful but I'm less worried than some weeks ago.

does whether or not i'm here change what is occurring? i'm not speaking westbrook's horrific shooting and scoring efficiency into existence, it is happening.
if i talk about westbrook's troubles after a good game, i'm being a troll. if i don't, i'm "conspicuously absent". either way you're going to have a problem with it. so idc.

Nader gets lost on defense, but he’s got that slowmo skill like Kyle Anderson

so many overreaction...Diallo was great in the beginning of the year. He sucked big time tonight and isn't playing well lately.
2pat had a great game and I'm still not confident having him as our back up PF (I was so high on him but since he struggled so much...)

Serious question.
Have you ever admitted to anyone that you were wrong about something? Not just on message boards, but in your personal life, too. Have you ever actually said or typed the words "Sorry, I was wrong?"
Because on message boards, you come across as one of those mega-d***s who, never in a million years, would actually be humble enough to admit he's wrong. Or, at the very least, admit to someone who you're debating a topic with, that they have a good point and you might have to rethink your stance.

not worth rotation minutes this year.
Roberson is hurt, Abrines is dragging hit butt on the carpet, Nader doesn’t play defense, schroder doesn’t fit alongside , TLC sucks...do you see the dilemma?

Re: 1/12 | G42: San Antonio Spurs at Oklahoma City Thunder - 7PM CST
I think it is safe to say the Russ' finishing ability has finally come all the way back. He shot FTs well too so I can't complain too much since his FT shooting is far more important than his jumpshot.
Nader is turning into found money as a rotation player. The team hasn't missed Abrines nearly as much with him being able to contribute and Ferg shooting well. Hats off to Patterson. I've been fit to be tied with him for a while, but I will never turn my nose up at a good contribution.
Dennis Schroder is one of the most maddening players thats ever played for OKC. Looks like a G league player in the first half and a world beater in the second. Go figure. He's a sieve on defense but there aren't many offensive options outside the starters so just play craps every game.

humility is a character flaw.
