Well we did find Allonzo Trier. Known commodities, slept on for whatever reasons but known. Monte Morris wasn’t some outside the box find.
Nah.. Allonzo is a under size volume shooter... pretty much that's it. Lou Will mode but very lite. The same player in college not a find.
Monte Morris will have been our starting PG right now... and yes Morris has greatly improved since high top Iowa St(I watched him for 3 yrs)... it's only his second year and he has starting stuff... that's my point. He is just one of many examples I can pull out, especially from Denver..
You put M.Morris on the Knicks and he doesn't look as good as he does when you put him on a team with talent all over the place like Denver has. I still think he would play well but not as well on a bad team as a good team. I also don't think he was some great find by them cause he was getting plenty of attention in the draft and if i remember right there was some reason for why he dropped. It was either something with his size or an injury or something but i do remember him being talked about but there being some reason why teams weren't sold on taking him early in the draft.
Nah
.. that's your opinion... on the Knicks he is our best PG. Period..
