He's not a free agent this year anyway so ...?
He has a. Opt out clause and I been hearing his agent has been shopping around. Let's just say, teams are interested and he is interested and I am saying, if the opportunity comes, bring Al back ASAP.
He's not opting out of $30mil to sign for a contract that would make sense for us at this time.
I could see him opting out but signing another max-type deal for some unsuspecting suitor just for the security of longterm contract. But that would be an overpay and would not make sense for us at this time. You don't (near)max-out roleplayers.
No, he is not s star or superstar. Stahhp, Supes
You are not thinking! Al makes perfect sense for us.
He covers all of our pain points.
He makes everyone around him better.
He will make Collins and Trae look like superstars next year.
He is PERFECT for us.
Worth every f$#*ng penny.
He is a superstar. I don't know how many times I got to tell you this.
I see impact as what's most important and there is no center in the NBA as impactful as Al.
That includes Jokic and Embiid.
Talent is great, impact is vital.
He does more for winning than any other big not named AD when motivated.
He took a team with a 2nd year player, a rookie, a center worse than Dedmon, the worse Morris, and a Dennis level PG to one game of the NBA Finals.
Took the least damn talented team in the NBA to 60 wins and took a 5'7 PG to the ECF. This man is a **** myth. Bring him the **** back!
