Clippers are being overlooked. They are a PO team and have lot of cap space. And they got a pretty sweet deal for Harris. If this was us, we would be saying the FO knows something the rest of the league doesn't.
I even think the Nets are a dark horse.
This is going to be a crazy off-season.
On a side note, people talk like Kyrie+KD is an instant ring. I'm not sure if KD has the mental fortitude to be a #1 option. Joining GSW after being knocked out by them. Those burner accounts. Media avoidance. Listing himself as 6' 9" when he's a 7 footer. And he said his next decision will be a business decision not a basketball decision. So if he comes to NY, I think branding will be more important than winning. Maybe a couple a years ago he could have cruised to the Finals in the East, but the East is back.
You do know a month ago scottie said durant should leave the warriors and go to the knicks because winning with the warriors will not mean as much because he is viewed as the 2nd guy...
Clippers will sign kawhi, they are not going to stretch gallo or trade lou and harrell to create a 2nd max...
Nobody is going to the nets to team with russell, makes zero sense to do that..
