Trade the pick for Ball if theres not Hunter, Culver, Garland. No need to risk on tier 3 prospects in Reddish unless you can trade down for #8 and #10.
It's a tough one. I agree with you about the tiers and about trading back if possible (though I think 8 and 10 is something ATL would absolutely hang the phone up on).
As for Ball, I like him as a prospect more than Reddish, White etc, for us in particular. But then there's also the fact of the additional salary we'd be taking on (he's on like 10m), and the fact that he's already 2 years in to his rookie deal.
For these reasons I would want additional value back, I think.
