Or does he get more as a free agent?
Or we could just give Ojeleye more minutes and not sign RHJ....

If they're smart, they'll use the remaining cap space on two or three high-level role players instead of a max-type guy. Apart from ring-chasing vets who might settle for the minimum, there's always the buyout market. You can luck out with a serviceable veteran that's being benched on a rebuilding team.
One injury to Lebron or AD might book their ticket to lotteryville though. Look at what just happened to the Warriors. You still need depth behind those superstars.
6M for JJ Redick on 2 year deal.
7m for D rose on 2 year deal
6m for Seth Curry on 2 year deal
5 m for Robin Lopez on 1 year deal
vet min for J. Crawford
vet min for C. Anthony
vet min for wilson chandler
I mean, it can be done.
Rose/Crawford
Reddick/Curry
James/Chandler
Anthony/Kuzma
AD/Lopez
Rest of the roster
Team has a 2 year window.
Lopez should easily get around 10 mils/2 years. He can shoot and from what I saw put in a lots of effort into defense. Showed some hustle. I'd bet Seth gets more, too.
I actually expect the Lakers to pay 13-14 mils to M Morris and bring in antoher guy with him ala Curry or B Lopez but that will be it. They will use their MLE and fill out the roster with vets. I think the reason Rich Paul wanted Morris as his client is cause LBJ likes him. Anyways why are we discussing the Lakers in our team's offseason thread. They can do whatever they wanna do. Btw if the Lakers don't sign a guy like Morris Kuzma and LBJ will be in some big time trouble on defense.

Or give them all to Smart, Terry, Jaylen, Jayson, Gordon and probably one of our picks.
Then Semi.

Would three 1sts be enough for Chicago? The MEM pick? They seem very eager to dump his money..
Lavine/Jaylen/Hayward/Horford/Capela, Tatum as sixth man backup at three positions..

Remember, too, that Brad went out of his way to compliment Semi on how much he had improved this season and his regrets on not being able to get him more minutes. Semi deserves a shot after all the anecdotes about weight-room grunting we've had to endure.

They took out Dakota Randall’s byline just as I was about to ask, who the hell is Dakota Randall and how the hell do they get paid just to write up articles on Steve Kyler’s c-list tweets?

Move 1. Smart, 22 & Yabs for Capela.
Move 2. Horford opts out and signs elsewhere.
Move 3. C's sign DAR, with cap space.
Capela, Hayward, Tatum, Brown & DAR, and no bench lol.
