BUT...
Today we got rid of our locker room problems (Kyrie and Terry), avoided a super terrible contract (Al), and signed a top scoring guard who averaged 26 ppg last season and is a multiple sportsmanship award recipient.
It's a breath of fresh air tbh. I'll take our chances with Kemba, Tatum, Brown, Smart, Hayward over the hellish nightmare that was 2018-19.

Yeah I'm over here silently sipping my coffee not upset by this really almost at all.
AL at 33 isn't an investment to buy into.
Morris and Irving and Terry were terrible chemistry wise last year.
Kemba is okay. He's a much easier replacement to see fit wise going from Irving to Kemba than Philly going from Butler to Horford so I think we lost less in that trade than Philly (obviously as a team we've been shattered though with the rest of the outs)
Idk this is okay. We'll be in the same tier as Pacers. A nice little second round team with an outside shot.
As long as Kawhi doesn't goto the Lakers this will be about as good of an off season as it could have gone in the end post AD being traded to LAL and Irving declaring he hates the city of Boston a week or so ago.
Not happy losing all these assets for free but it's okay. Let's get some bargains at the 5 and see if the kids develop.
