Actually there’s not much to think about. The guy has won two titles already. He’s a big time basketball player that has shown he can win without two superstars. He’s gonna get paid. It’s two choices. Be your own man or go be lebroni’s lapdog along with Davis. Clippers have a lot to offer . Coach and west as a consultant. Nice roster . Why would he be afraid to face a guy that’s on the downhill of his career.

He's keeping his flashy stat line on offense so the media can kiss his ass, but I think that he's declined a bit the last 2-3 years. We will find out eventually. True that. The crazy thing about Leonard is that he’s a guy that can be his own man and lead a team to a championship with the pieces around him. He’s a special talent. He doesn’t need two other great superstars.

Kanter's jump shot isnt bad, but it doesn't extend to 3. I think he's a career 29% shooter but volume is less than 1 a game.

He's a career 78% free throw shooter, so perhaps he can become a competent 3 point shooter, like Baynes, who is also very good from the free throw line.

To me he seemed so convinced that I believe the little rat misled him.

Misled him by saying I don't owe anybody ****? I don't think so.

I honestly think Ainge did want to trade him, but was probably concerned the franchise would get a bad rep, particularly after the IT trade. Keeping up the image of the franchise in the eyes of media/agents/players is probably an angle not considered enough in this situation.

sorry bro, that guy can’t guard embiid and giannis, so i’ll pass. If we already have a defensive big in place, then why not. We need to have a rim protector first, Theis ain’t that guy.

Ok, i'll bite. I would be ok with Noah at vet min as long as he knows playing time is not guaranteed and is ok with being a cheerleader some nights.

Why sign a guy who should have retired 3 years ago? There are actually NBA-level players who will play for vet min.

Watching Noah play last year, I was surprised at how well he played. I thought he was done. I changed my mind. Did you see the stats he posted last year? I provided a link in a previous post. Pretty impressive. I also included a link to a highlight video of his play with the Grizzlies last year. We would not be asking him to play major minutes. From the highlight video it is clear that he still plays with plenty of fire. He is not washed up, and he would be perfect in a role where he would not be asked to play major minutes.

Theis is fine imo as the 3rd string C. Certainly can't question his effort, just not overly talented.
