With Kawhi gone, I guarantee Jordan and Kupchak are targeting upgrades for a playoff berth. I like Adams, but that deal feels heavy. I also think it won't be worth it without adding a scorer in the same deal or separate deal.
GM's phones must be buzzing hard now that Kawhi unclogged the drain in Toronto and in LeBron's bathroom.
Kawhi gone, Durant to miss a year for Nets, Butler and Redick gone from Philly.....the East is weaker with the Bucks being favorites
Well the Sixers have Simmons - Richardson - Harris - Horford - Embiid. They're the team to beat. The Bucks are right there with them.
After that, it's an open field in my not-so-humble opinion.
Philly will be good, I'm just not completely sold on them yet. They were better with Butler and Tedick in my opinion. Horford is trending down, and though Richardson is a good player, he had low shooting percentages last year, and no way he replaces what Butler gave them. I guess we see what happens.
