I know I have said that before, but just look at what the Heat accomplished after his re-signing: 2 seasons of missing the playoffs, one first round exit, Ryan Anderson, and now possibly Ryan Anderson payment for multiple seasons.

Yeah, but if you have someone on the payroll that is not on the roster for multiple seasons, you hurt the team long term. The team this year is not going to the finals or even the ECF’s. If you give the Heat some cap space next offseason or even the offseason after that though, they have a chance. Heat don’t need Anderson on the payroll messing things up.
