Kanter has been a good ft shooter throughout his careers, which is a reliable indicator of someone who can shoot open 3s successfully with practice. I would rather he focused more on getting his defence better rather than worrying about 3 point shooting. He’s a great offensive rebounder so while being able to shoot 3s at a decent percentage will be nice I don’t think it’s as important as making sure he becomes at least a ‘decent’ defender.
