Good question, and I wonder if they learned anything from the Corey Ray fiasco. Dude's value was at an all-time high last offseason after a few disappointing seasons. The time to trade him was then for much-needed pitching. Instead, they sat on their hands and now Ray has regressed back (and then some) to his previous state.
