This is true.
I remain angry because he asked for a trade, despite the fact that his absence and overall inablity to withstand the stress of an 82 game season was one of the reasons that the team was awful.
But our management also took back much less in assets in order to clear their cap for their starphruck orgy - which didn't turn out as they had hoped.
They get paid good money to be right, not to be unlucky. There had better be a market for some of these short-term contracts (although if AD walks from LA and decides he wants to play with Barrett in 2020, I will stand happily corrected...).
