I would not. I still don't believe he's a point guard.

They're also missing their best defender, Miles Turner, and Sabonis. They're going to be tough to beat once fully healthy. Reminder that they matched up very well with us last year and have added two high quality starters.

I feel like we'd get torched by every backcourt in the league if we made that swap.

What if we played DiVincenzo at the 1 defensively, while allowing Brogdon to guard 2's while playing more of the point offensively? It's a false dilemma that for the Bucks to have retained Brogdon he would have had to guard 1's most of the time. I imagine when Oladipo comes back he'll guard 1's. Lamb isn't going to do it now.
I feel like some people are resorting to mental gymnastics to pretend like we didn't lose anything when we lost a core player for nothing, in the short-term at least. And not much on paper in the long-term.

This is getting to be an awfully tenuous position.

Dude's NetRtg is +16 on a so-so team and he's 2nd in the league in assists.
The Bucks may have enough depth to be fine for this season without him, but they severely misjudged this one...
They let go of an All-Star who just entered his prime.
