You have to take into account the amount of time the defense was on the field in the second half. That and Chris Orr injury. Actually did Rand come back?
The play calling was atrocious and the offense could not stay on the field. How do you expect the defense to do against Ohio State when they dont have any rest????????

They went 75 yards in about 90 seconds for a TD to open the second half. (21 - 14)
UW then had the ball for three plays and fumbled the punt
OSU kicked a field goal (21 - 17)
UW then had the ball for just over 5 minutes and missed a field goal
