Nope just gapped, and BRK hasn't relevant for so long it's easy to forget.

ironic coming from a fan of the most irrelevant NBA champion ever

when Fun Guy left he took all the relevancy with him

does Drake even attend games anymore ?

What could we have offered though that would interest GSW?

Mitchell Robinson and a first rounder (plus filler like Portis, Payton, etc.). That was probably discussed but I guess Minnesota decided it wasn't worth it. Other than that yeah, not much. As a Warriors fan, I would have far preferred that.

The Knicks decided it wasn't worth it? Is that what you meant? Because I wouldn't give up Mitch Rob and a first for DLO.

Awful trade for Minnesota. Trading for a no defense playing chucker to go with a disgruntled superstar who already has to be begged to try hard on defense. So he'll have his club buddy for another year and a half and when they still suck and don't make the playoffs he'll still want out.

So they are saying it's top 3 protected? Wolves are #5 right now in the tank race. The 4th - 6th pick has so much more value than MeAngelo Russel on that deal. This is an insane haul for GSW.

Think about this, they have a chance if the ping pong balls cooperate to have traded a one legged corpse of Kevin Durant for the #4 pick in the draft and the Wiggins project. PLUS by enacting the tank with MeAngelo leading the brigade have their own possibly #1 pick this year. Just insane how quickly they can reload.

Wiggins has the 3rd worst contract in the NBA and DAR is more valuable than anyone in this draft. Warriors got raped in this trade. They should have at least got one first rounder for Russell and another for taking on Wiggins.

DeAngelo Russell has the 4th worst contract. He plays worse defense than Wiggins.

They never really wanted him; they just wanted some kind of return for KD going to Brooklyn.

Warriors basically gave up on trying to build a contender anytime in the next few years. Weird move.

It might help them keep KAT for a while longer.

It addresses the lead guard position, for which we have been relying on the likes of Shabazz Napier and shooting guards Jarrett Culver and (hee, hee!) Andrew Wiggins.

While we are discussing this imagine how happy are both guys.

D-lo is already dreaming about late evening dinners with his BFF Kat.

And Andrew is clapping his hands and packing things to go to Cali. Good weather, nice city, still a lot of cash left to be paid...

Happy for both of them!

Wiggins is TOP5 player in category "most improved player" this season, but that is still not enough to be the "max worthy".

I'm not sure if you should be in consideration for "most improved" if you're having your third best season in terms of O-Rating and PER and you're still a young player who should be getting better anyways. Not really efficient either. Nor with significant defensive improvement.

How many coaches has Wiggins had since he got to the league? 4-5?? Its pretty tough to establish yourself with a rotating staff and players.

I think a fresh start is exactly what he needed. An already established staff, with very vocal leaders as teammates. I mean, he came out of high school, and is still young enough to be a true threat for the Warriors.

I may eat my words in a few months, but right now, my thinking has been Wiggins has been their focus. Trying to squeeze another Draft pick and/or Covington was just an added bonus.

Add Wiggins to the list of players the Warriors have been able to resuscitate... Hopefully.

Warriors are light years ahead of the competition.

At least KAT can be happy losing now and delay the trade demand for at least 2 years
