So hard to stay deezed on the home gym setup though goodboy. Feel like I need a lot of the stuff at the gym, like rack, bench, deadlift platform etc. I have a chitty basement setup too, feels like I'm losing some gains :(

Its why I built it up from the ground up circa 2011. Almost a decade now. Probably spent 7-8k in total.

For dumbbells I have ironmasters, that go from 5-120lbs. Probably was my best investment.

Was looking for Chalm’s Harry Potter gif on google and stumbled on this:

See that 7 game banner? That was during a full season. All of those were.

Banners don’t matter if your season is cancelled. Even Chalm won a banner this season. We should have seen the signs.

why is the atl banner smaller smh

You remembered my unrequited love for Doris? Maybe you’re not as bad as they say, Iggs.

I’m glad that she’s doing better. Nobody should have to go out like that.

ofc booki. it's nice to know that most of NBA related peeps are doing relatively well with the covid19. it gives us perspectives that it helps to be healthy and fit (as she looks to be) while all tweets try to overwhelm us with terror stories.

Keep pumping em irons booki

Been watching some old NBA videos, I sure hope someone as good as MJ comes back around. The types of improvisation with his shot around the basket is absolutely incredible and hard to explain. I just find it incredible to hear anyone who watched a ton of MJ season after season think anyone is near as good as he was. I get the stat comparisons, but my god, if he played with as much open space as there is now... he'd been more efficient, scored even more, but probably would have way fewer highlights(although most of them will never be seen by fans). His ability to EASILY palm a basketball helped his career greatly, I wish more people utilized that strength.

I'm trying to post these without watching too much of them... there are so many just absolutely incredible plays and I'll just start to do too many time markers.

3:35... Jordan attacks the basket goes up for a shot with 1 hand (palming the ball), doesn't shoot the ball but has the big man jump up to block it, on the way down he dumps it off to Pippen for the uncontested dunk.
3:51... Pass over Jordan's head on the wing which he palms it behind his head, comes down, takes 1 dribble and banks the jump, the whole sequence in 1 smooth motion, just incredible.
