The recordings played at the news conference Tuesday shed relatively little new light on Biden’s actions in Ukraine, which were at the center of President Trump’s impeachment last year. They show that Biden, as he has previously said publicly, linked loan guarantees for Ukraine to the ouster of the country’s prosecutor general in 2015. But Derkach used the new clips to make an array of accusations not proven by the tapes.

Is this the take on it? I didn’t watch the video but this mess is not a good look and is certainly something that - along with a laundry list of other baggage issues - Republicans will exploit in campaign ads, Trump’s rants and tweets, and with his attack dogs.

LOL.
The part that worries me most is not the people who believe the republican message, but those that don't and still decide to stay at home and not vote. The supporters of the resident are smart enough to vote. We need to outvote those people.

Whitmer was my favorite of the realistic possibilities floated out there tbh. She's definitely not the gold standard of progressive leftist goals but she's better than the more popular picks that were floating around in that I remember her acknowledging solid ideas. She's another governor who I think benefited from a lefty challenger keeping her honest on ideals like 2 years of free public college and 15 dollar minimum wage for examples.

I can live with that. We really need Michigan badly and Biden is down in the polls there against Trump. James Clyburn gonna be PO’d.

Which polls?
The poll shows Biden with an 11-point advantage over Trump in a national head-to-head match-up. Fifty percent of those surveyed said they currently plan on voting for the former vice president, while 39 percent said they would vote for Trump.

I’ve commented on the lack of political enthusiasm for Biden as a potential problem in getting out the vote. I think Biden is also at a clear disadvantage compared to Trump who will dominate TV air time. I’m also concerned about Biden butt-fumbling during a debate notwithstanding his last debate with Bernie.

That’s a national poll.Im talking about individual battleground states. I posted a CNN poll earlier here which set forth the numbers. YOU GUYS AREN’T READING MY POSTS CAREFULLY ENOUGH!!!!(You know who you are. GONYK, next time enlarge the part where I write ”IN MICHIGAN”
) And Pointgod, I’ll set you off easy this time. Just be more careful when reading posts from that sneaky Pete, GONYK, ok? Now I expect an And1 from each of you.
Spoiler:

Pointgod wrote:Then ask yourself what YOU’RE doing to change that. Instead of **** on Biden every chance you they, posting misleading audio recordings and lying about his mental health, posters should be enthusiastically calling up friends and family in swing states and purple states to make sure they’re registered and prepared to go vote for Biden. Not singling you out Wingo but anyone who doesn’t want Trump to win should be posting on their social media and creating enthusiasm for Biden. 92000 dead Americans and counting this is literally a life and death situation.

Spoiler:
Many fret that Trump’s hopes are now hitched to the pandemic; others point to demographic changes in once-reliably red states and to the challenge of running against a hard-to-define Democratic opponent who appeals to a wide swath of voters. The concerns give voice to an assortment of recent battleground state polling showing Trump struggling against Biden.
