Booker and Ayton is about to be one helluva duo for the next decade.

It has reached a point wherein I'd prefer having Ayton over KAT on my team.

Yeah I’m with you. A couple days ago Ayton was talking about how he rather be more focused on defense than offense. If KAT had that mentality then he would be one of the best bigs in the league. Ayton seems to get it.

I really thought that KAT would come out to become an elite two-way big and not just an offensive juggernaut. Perhaps WCS had indeed hid some of Towns' defensive weaknesses back in Kentucky.

KAT also struck me as being too much of a stat padder for my liking. There were games I saw during garbage time wherein he would bump his teammates just to add to his rebounding total.

Its called the Carlisle special.

Put the players in the position where they are able to make the most out of their talent level. Not squeezing players in a role you want them to play.

yeah, it's probably more that the rockets don't play defense, I mean burke also had a career high 42 on the knicks, KP career high 40 was on the knicks, THJ career high 39 on the knicks

I see your point here but I think Theis is underrated.

He is but to me he’s a high level backup

The most hated players here are usually the best ones

Idk Trey had a nice cross section of fans on the board.

It was a good story.

THJ was used wrong which is par for the course. The contract & what it symbolized is what was hated IMO

KP will be hated on 20 years from now

Any of the national media talking about the Mavs being a pervert cabal?

Yeah sure but THJ is amazing after RC put him into the S5. And honestly i never expected it, i almost had a heart attack when i read some rumours about a pure Matthews-Hardaway swap

But from all the THJ contract bashing etc, he really is a good dude. Last year he saw a woman in a parking lot throwing a puppy out of her car. He went there, got the dog and adopted him....
