Does that mean he can't go back in the bubble after he leaves?
It's looking like 4-Days of Quarantine, after he gets back.

This isn’t a bash on Hayward’s decision to leave because I would do the same thing but damn his contract has been a big waste of money.
It’s not his fault but with all the issues we’ve had to put up with his injuries to go with the fact he hasn’t earned even half of the contract he was given I would hope he looks after the franchise that looked after him & signs a reasonable extension that helps us out.

OK, OK.....this has officially worn me down. It's not about Gordon Hayward - I've been in his corner in this forum. But now the PC police have struck again with Gordon. He MUST leave to be there for his child's birth, after all, what kind of father would he be if he didn't? We saw Al Horford miss time for this as well, as he proved that he had his priorities in the right place.canman1971 wrote:
That's a no-brainer decision and should be for any father.

Boston doesn't want to be in the LT and are selling 1st round picks and want to move Kanter contract for one to get out of the 1st round where they have multiple picks but I was told they don't mind bitting the bullet for one season till they don't get what they want as well. They want to keep Semi O and Theis and don't mind going into the LT to resign them.
There was a consideration that they wanted Gordon to opt out and resign him at a lower market rate but I was told that his play has been so good that his market is higher than expected and they would rather him do it in 2021 instead where they have more options to add talent if issues arise.

He's cursed but it'll be tough as hell to replace him.

In the roll that he plays on the Celtics (4th Option), it's not going to be hard to replace him.
What we need is better options at PF & C and some Depth.
