Patrick Williams is my guy in this draft, he's the next Kawhi Leonard. 5-10 is the range I see him going in. Defense first guy:

I actually think Wiggins is the perfect SF for the Warriors....step below Durant but...damn...long...dynamic scorer. If he were to have a slightly better year with Warriors are golden.
If they pick a SF type....Avdija...or a player like that....I think it may suggest Warriors are truly looking to move Wiggins.

Nah you can never have too many wings especially when Draymond really is a center. He would probably come off the bench but he could close with Curry, Klay, Wiggins, Deni, Green. The only thing is I'm scared he's Mario Henzonja.
I've come to the conclusion it doesn't matter where we pick we'll be able to pick up a contributor whether it's Wiseman, Okongwu, Deni, Edwards, Vassell.
I really want a smart defender as a 5th piece, I'm so jealous of the Raptors defense.

What raptors have and the reason they beat us last year is, they have at least 5 people on their roster that can give you 20. their defense is a bonus but when you have Lowry, FVV, Ibaka, Powell, Kawhi(not this year), Rarely OG that can almost create their **** and shoot the 3 at an above average level then thats tough to defend. That is why I keep emphasis we focus on highly skilled players, that can dribble, pass, defend and has an elite offensive skill that isn't just dunking

Thanks for the link. BTW....his saying that the team ran a 12 man rotation suggests that his offensive numbers would be higher in a different team where he got more run.
Smart dude...I'm falling in loooooooooooooove with guy

But the point is made....it's a good one. Having potential scorers at all positions with the potential to switch and be rangy defenders is key. I'm not in favor of drafting a big guy that can defend...but is a project offensively....or can't shoot with range....etc. Those days are gone. Just look at the playoffs right now....a team like Philly or Lakers just can't score consistantly.
Toronto, Portland...to a lesser extent Celtics...are the future style rosters...
That's why I love Patrick Williams. He's big...athletic...great defensive mind AND he can score.

Clippers aren’t a super defensive team. The have poor defenders all over outside of kawhi and pg. It’s also really hard to defend a 5 out offense. The mavs do have the no 1 efficient offense in history.
Maxi is also a great defender. And kp gives you that rim protection.
