I think its only 1 spot going to a run off.
The other spot will get decided between Perdue and Ossoff because there is enough votes with Perdue leading by nearly 3 pts with 97% of the votes in. The other special election didn't have enough so they will do a run-off.

Purdue just needs to drop under 50% for Ossoff to force a runoff. So it’s very possible. It’s so stupid why states can’t start counting mail in votes weeks ahead of time.
