AOC wouldn't be able to beat Gillibrand in a primary and at best would barely be a favorite vs Stefanik in a general election here in NY.

Truth is, not sure any of the parties have the people we need in the pipeline. Most of them don't have the people's interests over their own. I had hope in Bernie though.

All that said, Trump is just encouraging racism and the main priority is him being out of office. Biden is not going to encourage racism and will say/do what needs to be done even if he is doing so for self-serving reasons.

I didn't vote Biden, but if I was in a swing state I would have. Just to be done with the one that will promote more racism, hate and death.

I agree with all that but here's the secret. Trump is just a conservative, carrying out what their agenda is but doing it in a mean and uncouth manner. That whole party has got to be put out of power. Dems suck too and I go back and forth on whether or not they can actually be reformed but our back is up against the 1 yard line of fascism

I'll be pounding this drum til the end of time, but if we want future leaders at the national level we like, we have to start voting for them at the state level

Vote for your state senators and state representatives, folks. That's how you start filling up the pipeline with good candidates, and your vote counts for a lot more in those races cause they're much smaller in scale. I know it's a lot to ask to pay attention to lower level politics, but they affect you just as much if not more in some ways than national level politics. Especially if you vote for judges

Democracy is a continual process, not an occasional one.

If there is a Supreme court opening in the next 4 years, I feel like Judge Sullivan would be a safe choice if the Elephants retain the senate.

I think the NC might still go blue by next Friday.

I mean they’re both kind of wrong but the election hasn’t been called yet and the left are already attacking themselves. It seems the Party cannot get its **** together.

Yeah I’m sure the party that’s filled with a diverse group of black women and men all throughout Congress and multiple levels of Democratic Leadership are exactly the same as the party that has 1 black per representative in all of Congress.

Sanders is an Independent that ran in the Democratic primary but he has always been an Independent. This is part of his crossover appeal to Reps and other Independents because he isn't beholden to the establishment Dems but also why they have gone to great lengths to stop him.

They wear their socialist tag with pride, without understanding the stigmata that's associated with that word. You can frame your policies without using that word.

These maga nuts are completely anti math & pumped so much money into trump, my only wish was that Predictit didn't have a $850 limit per position you can take.

I wonder how much of the Latino/Latina vote can be explained by religion. Minorities can be pretty religious, too.

Latinos are about the money which is why more of them are going republican. But i do imagine that religion plays some role

Gov. Wolf & Dems tried to change the law to allow counties to begin processing ballots sooner, but the Rep-led legislature had refused & would only change the law if Democrats agreed to ban ballot drop boxes and support other measures that Wolf has opposed.

https://keystonenewsroom.com/story/pa-could-decide-the-presidency-and-cause-trouble/

Haven't seen anything anywhere about "should have started counting sooner."

However there is something going on related to PA Supreme Court extending the counting of Mail In Ballots an extra three days that is not provided by state law.

SCOTUS has set a deadline of 5PM today for PA to respond to this issue.

They allowed the PA decision to stand in a previous filing but that was when it was locked 4-4, Roberts.

There are other issues in PA not sure how they're being handled.

https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2020/11/stealing_pennsylvania.html#ixzz6cwK9f3K3

First, months out, they claimed they would need three extra days to count the votes.  Then, against all extant state laws, they said they would accept illegible or ballots with no security envelope postmark.  Then, incredibly they said a voter’s signature on the mail-in ballot didn’t have to match the voter’s signature in the voter registration books.  Banana Republic, anyone?

We could be in the courts for awhile this election.

It’s all over twitter coming from Republican leaders and the Republican media.

Jordan, the house leader in PA, a ton of QAnonsense shills.
