Indy in:
Hayward
Julius (they can use him with Turner gone)

Boston in:
Turner
Knox or DSJ whichever they like best
2nd round pick

Knicks in:
Dipo
Jeremy Lamb

Lamb is coming very bad injury. And our front office want to see what dsj and knox have under good coaching staff and not the dumpster fire we had the last few years . Can we not include them, especially knox, ever stupid trade like they are throws in. You trade knox to another team and put up 18 a game , how would that makes us look?

Like the Knicks, its what we always do. We haven't signed a rookie to a contract extension since Charlie Ward! What do you want to do with our cap space? You don't think getting Dipo who I know had a tough injury but was an All-Star and has shown a better three point stroke is worth giving up Knox and being able to dump Randle (who I believe has negative value). Lamb is a big 2 who can shoot it decent and his contract is 10 mill a year, it aint bad. I am okay with dumping Knox because he hasn't shown the drive, motor, or love for the game that i want in a young player on my team. I had high hopes for him and forgot about the lack of a motor that i saw at Kentucky because i thought he could be a stretch 4 but hes really a 2 guard masquerading in the body of a 3/4. Knox aint it. Sorry my patience has run out but if you know anything about Thibs you know he doesnt play young guys AND he doesnt play guys who dont put forth max effort or play D. I would rather see Knox go to another team and play well than be nailed to our bench, which is exactly what will happen once Thibs starts working with him.

0%, even though it's exactly what we should do if we can't trade him.

If it’s not clear enough to you now it never will be. Top FA talent isn’t coming to NY. Unlike delusional Steve mills hopefully Leon is smart enough to realize this. Being a successful agent and in the right circles, I for one think he is. Our cap space should be take other teams bad contracts. The only way the Knicks becom relevant again is if the current roster makes it so. Adding wall and a first rounder and removing randle and smith jr seem like a no brainer to me...

I'd take him on because i realize that this team is at least 3 years from being anything worth a damn anyway so bringing him on and keeping on building through the draft can still be done with him on the team, but it's gonna take more then one 1st round pick for me to do it. If he is healthy and has 80%--90% of his athleticism he had before the injury then he'd still be a really good PG/Player for us. Shoot if he can show good health for a year or two then he might even be trade bait after the first or second year.

It really looks like it's Haywood or bust and the longer it drags the more realistic he will be a Knick.

It's now all about a S&T for Randle and a one of those 2023 2nd rd picks. Really doubt Ainge let's him go for nothing...

This is funny cause i saw last night he was a free agent and was saying to myself to please don't sign him Knicks and then woke up this morning and saw he signed with the Magic and pretty sure i through a little fist pump in the air....

If you can’t find a trade and he refuses to come off the bunch, you buy him out. Drafting a 22 year old in the top 10 and not starting him is lunacy.

Oh yeah i should've added that Randle would be included but that would have to happen anyway to make the money work.

One first for a guy who hasn't played in 2 years and is making 40+mil for the next 3 years?

I wouldn't even take Westbrook for just 1 pick, Wall for 1 pick is lunacy.

2023 draft is stacked. That pick is huge. Especially considering Washington a middling team at best.

But go ahead please tell me your grand plans for all our cap space. Giannis... lillard... who else we signing to the next banana boat?

Never said we were gonna sign anyone with that money

If you want to take on bad contracts for picks, you can do a lot better than 1 pick for 130 million in cap over 3 years. Minimum to take Wall should be 3 firsts

Thought that was obvious.

They will have a hard time finding teams that pay half of the money we paid them.

The sad thing is that playing for the Knicks dumping your value. You saw: Rose, Melo, Kanter, Mario, Vonleh. Too much spotlight on the fails of your game.

for sure. just unrealistic. I just don’t see either having any real interest coming here without a major overpay.
