FWIW I took a look to the Arkansas-Kentucky game , aired on 1/18/2020.
Here the link:
It's a must-see game for sixers' fan because it gives us a chance to see Maxey and Joe on the floor at the same time.
They guarded each other for small chunks of the game.
Well, Maxey was timid for most of the game, coach Cal benched him 2 times after two freshman errors.
He isn't a natural shooter: it will take a lot of patience and work to became only an average shooter imho.
On the other side he is a very dynamic player, nice transition player, and he is clutch. He took the game after coach Cal was ejected.
I suspect his BB IQ would be an important trait of his nba career.
He is not playable with Simmons at this stage, imho, and his defense is really raw.
Joe has a nice stroke of course, but he needs a lot of reps to become a Shamet-like shooter. He seems a pull-up shooter more than a screen shooter.
Problem is he has no Redick as mentor and teacher. Seth Curry is more a static 3-points shooter than JJ.
On the other hand, I liked his defense: better than expected both on man and as team defense.
He has to put up some pounds though.
