Randle played the poor man's Draymond in LA. He was at his best when he would rip a run coast to coast either getting fouled in the paint or kick out for an assist. He had some great games like that, but never got to do it consistently.

Poor John Collins is forced to play next to an efficient scorer who gets all of the attention of the opposing defense and also happens to be a great playmaker, enabling Collins to play to his strengths.

Tough times for the guy.

Ball & Haliburton are definitely battling for ROY right now.

At this pace, I'm not so sure going with MPJ was the right decision. He was a big part of their defense and a good system player. MPJ is obviously a huge mid-FRP catch, but his game is basically iso shooting, and he's obviously a defense liability who makes Jokic even worse.

At least DET has something to feel alright about.

Yeah I’m happy for the guy, who took a different form of betting on yourself. Hope he can keep it up. People want to rip him for leaving a winning team, but I can understand why he didn’t want to just stand in a corner and play defense when he feels he’s capable of more.

As for Denver, I’d try to move MPJ ASAP. They have a good young team, why risk it on this guy with such an injury history? I don’t know what offers they are getting for MPJ, but I’d look into what type of semi-star you could get for him.

Really happy to see LaMelo playing at this level early on. I was super high on him but thought it would take way longer for him to adjust. Just weird that he still isn't starting at this point. Graham is actually shooting worse from 3 and that's basically his only argument over LaMelo.

Didn't the Nuggets offer him the same deal but he left because he wanted a bigger role on offense?

I watched this about 50 times and can't get enough. It becomes funnier every time.

That was hilarious. Even the refs were stunned that they failed to call a 3 secs violation on Val.

Lamelo looks legit. Him and Haliburton are playing real well.

Possibly? Surely MPJ’s emergence and DEN calling him ‘untouchable’ had something to do with it.

covid is new code word for resting players against bulls because we need to get another #7 pick because God hates us ... God forbid we play teams at full strenght and actually get win or two which matters .

I think I read somewhere that Chandler got covid from some family gathering at Christmas time. And then Sato got it from him, obviously.

What is the most the Lakers can pay THT as a 2nd round pick this summer? How does that work? RFA?

Tyrese Maxey is good, I just don’t get how a guy like that drops to the 20s. Great pick for the Sixers.

This year cracks me up. The Sixers have Embiid, Simmons, and Harris against a Nets team that is lacking KD and Kryie, and the Sixers get smoked. The next game the Sixers have none of those guys, just their scrubs, and they're hanging in there against Denver.

Maybe every player is now the same. GIannis = Denzel. Trae = Caruso. Luka = Snell. LeBron = Jerian Grant. Well maybe not that last one.

Seriously, every time I watch a game these days there seems to be a couple of guys who went undrafted in recent years but are now averaging 17 points out of nowhere and starting. WTF.

I know right!! Looking at the bigger picture what does this say about team scouts / drafting process etc. In some ways it may benefit a player to go undrafted and enter the league alternate ways.

Worth considering the nba g league route and player evaluations?!!? Jalen green is a stud by the way...

Yeah this is a lot of teams now. I’ll give it another month before the league will issue a halt to the season.
