Don't want to make it seem like Dinwiddie was the second-coming... but I actually thought he was the most important guy after Durant, given his reputation as a leader/teammate, and just being a 3-position, 2-way, high-IQ guy who doesn't skip every other game for personal reasons. Kyrie is a superstar talent, but Dinwiddie was PG cushion for the bumpy ride. With him out, and any possibility of a Harden trade, I'd be pretty shocked if they won a chip. Kyrie is going on his 4th straight year of erratic behavior.
I just don't think he can deal with any pressure. He needs to be the auxiliary 3rd/4th guy, ala Rodman. Take his gifts as they come, but have a plan in place. If I'm BRK, it's time to get creative with the trade market.
