I would add Daishen Nix, RJ Nembhard and BJ Boston to that list. To say Boston has struggled would be an understatement, but he shows flashes that impress me.
Ziaire Williams and BJ Boston are two guys that are projected to go high that I want nothing to do with.
I will admit, the hype around Ziaire still confuses me a bit but I will give him more chances to impress me. As for Boston, it's no secret that UK prospects look mediocre while they're at school but blow up when given a chance in the NBA. For both of these kids to be 6'7"+ with those handles and skills bodes well for their NBA futures if developed properly.
I'm not sure who you're referring to as looking mediocre.
Murray: 20ppg, 5rpg, 2apg on 45/41/78
Booker: 10ppg, 2rpg, 1apg on 47/41/82
Herro: 14ppg, 5rpg, 3 apg on 46/36/94
Booker was playing on a stacked team and coming off the bench thus his stats don't look as good, but he was killing it whenever he was out there, playing with Tyler Ulis.
Boston: 12ppg, 5rpg, 1apg on 35/18/75
If you can find me a Kentucky (or any college) guy that shot this poorly but went on to blow up in the NBA, I'll agree and say that there is hope for him. Even Cam Reddish didn't play this badly at Duke and he's still pretty much the same player offensively as far as efficiency goes.
