THAT, I'd never be able to live down.
Yeah it's best to not think about the McDonough years anymore. Dude set us back 5-6 years already. Bagley would have set us back 10.
Yeah, as much as many hate Ayton I can't imagine how they'd feel about Bagley. His defense is beyond horrible. So many care more about offense, and he is shooting better from 3 this year at 36%, but also from 2 shoots 47%. He averages 1 ast/1.8 to, .3 steal, .6 block.
And then if it was Bamba they would really be upset..there were a number of people high on Bamba too. He averages 5 a game..of course he has only played in 4 games at 8 mpg, but last year averaged 5 ppg in 14 mpg and 62 games. And as a rookie 6ppg, in 16 mpg in 47 games. But his TS% is down below 52% this year.
Just not good enough to get on the floor at all right now. So many other better bigs there.
Like I have said, Ayton's 18/12 with improving D last year was impressive for a 2nd year player. Embiid didn't even play his 2nd year and no one else was really better except Towns...not even Jokic.
He's down this year a little, but his usage is down with a great number of productive players on the team.
