There is a chance he keeps it up.. It is now officially an offensive tilted league so there is less defense. In years past he was taking (and making) tough tough shots. He's getting a lot more easy off ball looks now. He's still taking some tough shots but the distribution is a lot more balanced. Zach's always been a gifted scorer, now it's with easier shots.
absolute 0%. this is a guy who hated getting contact and ft hasnt increased. theres no way lavine shoots that high from close basket to mid range. Those are still his weakest areas.
Hasn’t been his weak spot this season. And he absolutely does not shy away from contact. He is always looking draw fouls when driving to the basket. And he is actually getting calls not which is why he is getting 2 frees throws instead ofa miss on the stat sheet. He is getting about as many free throws as you can expect unless the refs start giving him superstar called. I don’t expect it to stay at 60 percent as that is absurd for a guard, but I think it could settle in the mid 50s.
He is taking 6.2 FTA to start the season. Which is slightly up from his average the last few year of 5.8. He could probably still improve that as someone with his skill should probably be getting their 7+ times per game. He has been averaging 7.2 the last 5 games so it is doable.
