Lebron will probably win it this year. He’a still arguably the greatest player in the world when he wants to be and he’s getting the most push from the media and sportswriters, and that’s really what it’s about. Jokic won’t have a good enough record and Embiid won’t play enough games. Lakers will undoubtedly finish with a top-3 record in the West since they’re stacked. It’s his to lose, even though he most likely doesn’t deserve it based simply in the fact that he’s the only player in the league who has another Top-5 player in the world as his teammate.
Think he wins it this year but actually think it's a myth that he has been shafted out of MVPs. The reason he wins it this year is the same reason the MVPs those years deserved it over him. He didn't outplay Harden, Giannis, Steph or Westbrook in those regular seasons and he didn't have a better team record than them either. Those guys were the better performers on better performing teams (except Westbrook)
Btw Lakers are 4-1 without AD this year, it would probably be different if AD was available and outplaying him on a nightly basis like he did last season
