Lavine and Westbrook seem like the same kind of player. Great individual games that don't turn the team into a winner. The Big Dog on any team has to make his teammates better. They just don't. Those kind of players are no. 2s.

Alex Len, only thing missing, a headband and another shooting sleeve. Seems to be ice cold in the arenas these days!

C'mon, can't be the only one annoyed by this ****.

And yust for the style factor, what was Nike thinking with this overlap on the backside https://images.app.goo.gl/7iXwKi9eomVFSvgH7

crusty Blazer fans: "carmelo only cares about his legacy, being top 10 scorers of all-time

i dont mind it, its really big accomplishment, but i dont want him on our team next season"

Portland wouldn't have made the playoffs last season if it wasn't for Melo. This is why Portland will always the Portland Treadmills.

No, his time here just wasn’t that good.....

On the low Randle might have a better Knicks career than Melo when it’s all said and done (and I assume we keep Randle after this contract)

Of course he should. Gave the Knicks the most success since the 90’s. The guy is still a Knick at heart. He tried to recruit KD and Kyrie for us when he didn’t have to. Even worked with Randle last off season and tried to teach him moves. Melo is a NY legend

Lavine can shoot and play off the ball, much easier to envision him playing within a team concept with better players around him.

His scoring efficiency is Curry/LeBron level this year. Westbrook is bottom of the league for his usage.

I'm on the fence. Same with Bernard.

At the end of the day, I think both Melo and Bernard should get their jerseys retired for their contributions.

It's a possibility but I think we should let Randle play a single playoff game before we compare him to Melo, as a Knick let alone in general. Melo was an All-NBA player, regardless of his flaws. Randle has a whole organization desperately pushing for him to make his first All-Star appearance on a team with a losing record.

Look at how much shots are off the ball. The amount of open looks he’ll get next to Randle would be insane.

I said MIGHT based on the idea that 1) He will be here longer, and we’ll win more playoff series.

Also..... I’ll say it, he’s actually doing the stuff everybody use to wish Melo would do, like pass and rebound more and play PF..... for cheap

Exactly. A lot of people forget Thibs was with that big 3 Celtics team and Ray Allen. I could see Zach taking that role in the offense and feasting from 3 pt and attacking on closeouts. His game is very Ray Allen lite
