I think Terry has peaked this year and we'd be selling high to trade him, but it'd have to be equal value coming back in form of a big, though it'd be difficult to get rid of a guy like that given how clutch he's been and how much he's scored for us this season.
Devonte's value has definitely come down but he's still got value as a primary ball handler and 3pt shooter. He's on a cheap contract and a RFA but will need to get paid in the off-season.
Monk offers the most upside of the bunch with the least risk since you can sign him for one more year with the QO of 7.3m as a RFA or work out a long term deal.
If I could rank their importance THIS year to us it's been Terry > Monk > Devonte.
I'd most rather keep Monk because he's only just turned 23 and we could lock him into a 3-4 year deal at a reasonable rate and either start at SG or come off the bench as a scoring punch. He's also been pretty clutch himself. Terry only has one year left on his deal and if he were to get another contract right now, it would be even bigger. Devonte would be a good long-term backup PG who could easily start in a pinch if there were injury and we all remember how much it sucks to not have a backup PG. We're now building around LaMelo, so that's a huge part of this.
What should we do? Our ceiling is first round exit and we aren't going to land a stud in the draft to complete the roster if we make the playoffs.
For me, I rank Graham as the one I would lose the least sleep over in a trade, but think he nets the least in return. I think Terry gets us the most value back in a trade, but I would want either a filler coming back or a second move that would return a serviceable SG (Bamba/Fournier or like a Courtney Lee caliber from the past). I don't want to trade Monk, but if the player we were getting back was so heavily favored to us that we would be stupid to not do it, then he's gone.
