We're dropping below these teams for sure.

This made me smile. if we can sneak a loss against OKC that would be clutch.

Thunder seem to be tanking monsters. They have Dort and a bunch of nobodies. Shai is supposed to get re-evaluated this week. Hopefully they put him back in the lineup soon. They're our number one competition for the 5th pick odds.

They have KAT, drafted Edwards #1 last season, and now have a good chance to land another top 3 pick this season. Even if they don't the pick goes to Golden State who drafted #2 last year and will get Klay back for 2021-2022.
Meanwhile we are here like peasants hoping to move our pick from likely 8-9 up to 7 or 6. We really need a rule that prohibits teams from drafting top 3 in consecutive years (don't get me started on that Lakers BS where they drafted 2nd overall 3 straight season).

If GSW get's a top pick I think it'll be available, and unlike last year I think they'll get some good offers.

Siakam for both their lottos and Wiggins. Raptors probably don’t do it though. I would think about it but probably say no too.
I would easily do it lol. Not even a question.720 wrote:God Squad wrote:ciueli wrote:Can I just say how annoying it is that Minnesota currently has the highest chance to get the #1 pick in the draft? lebron stopper wrote:Always say no to Wiggins. If Siakam miraculously gets sent to the Warriors for one or both of their lottery picks, I want Draymond coming back the other way in *any* trade. Unlike Wiggins, he can actually be very useful for the Raptors, by being a great defensive anchor and playmaker. That would be a huge boon to the Raptors defense, which has somewhat fallen off this year. It would also help the Raptors offense, since Draymond can make plays from the elbow (something the Raptors have been sorely missing since Gasol left) and push the ball down the court in transition. Combine that with his relentless approach to basketball and his championship experience, two things Wiggins does not have, and you have someone who can help the Raptors actually win games, mentor their young guys like Anunoby, and give them a newfound sense of confidence that they have been missing throughout this entire season.

Considering this is a Tw0 thread and you're one of the biggest proponents for that, I am surprised you would say no to that trade. Both their lottos, our lottery pick, OG, Fred, etc? I say yes. Raptors get younger and roll out lottery pick rookies, one who should be top 5/6, and then watch Siakam play on GS after. Sign me up.
