We aren't winning many games left with Hayward/Ball/Monk out. We got thumped by Chicago of all teams and are currently struggling against a tanking Cleveland team

Coach Borrego three days ago said that his activity is "very minimal right now." It has been three weeks since the injury, and may be three more yet. When you partially tear ligaments in your ankle, it is pretty serious. They do not heal quickly. I had thought perhaps this was a grade 1 sprain, but now it looks more like grade 2, which can take six weeks' recovery time.

He was dressed and shooting during warm ups Vs the Bulls the other night - and looking good doing it.

I was hoping that might be a good sign for him being back sooner rather than later.

We really need his leadership, even if it's only sitting on the sidelines. It's crucial with such a young group. When he does come back, it will also make a huge difference at both ends of the court.
