Charlotte gets Andrew Wiggins, James Wiseman and 17th Overall Draft Pick
Golden State Warriors get Domantas Sabonis and Gordon Hayward
Indiana Pacers get 6th Overall Pick and 2022 Golden State Warriors First Round Draft Pick
Pacers save tons of money and add 2 first round draft picks (one is a second lotto pick).
Hornets add their future center (hopefully), a mid-first and take a chance on Wiggins.
Warriors...
C-Sabonis
PF-Draymond
SF-Hayward
SG-Klay
PG-Steph
Even if Hayward/Klay break down, Steph/Draymond/Sabonis is a solid big 3 then whenever you get a healthy Hayward or Klay (or even better Hayward AND Klay) you just coast to wins.
It's technically true that this saves the Pacers money, but only because they're no longer underpaying their all star. I think "saves money" as a motivation needs to be reserved for trades where you send out actual bad salary - but that's just an opinion.
I don't think this is quite enough for the pacers. The sixth is admittedly a nice piece, but the result of this trade is that the 22 1st likely isn't. For me, that pick is enough to get guys a step down from Sabonis - like when the Pacers sent Antonio Davis for Jonathon Bender back in the day. Taking into account his salary, I think Sabonis is worth a top top 5 pick, maybe top 3.
