I would be 1000% shocked if guys like Ross/Harris were on this team past the trade deadline next year. Fultz by many advanced metrics has proven to be one of the worst starting guards in the league. I predict Isaac struggling a bit coming off a major injury and an increased role offensively.
Us being good next year is one of the last things I'm concerned about. We're going to add two more sub-20-year-olds to the rotation.
we could barely finish bottom 5 this year with all the injuries. Isaac back, lottery pick, full training camp, i cant see us a bottom 5 team again
Because we didn't start active tank until last 28 games.,
We finished February with 13-21 record. In that moment,we were 2 games behind Pacers for playin, 3 games from 8th seed, 4 games behind from direct playoffs.
Post allstar break with 8-28 record nobody was worst than us but 7-29 OKC & 6-30 Houston.
I really don't get how anybody can look at this roster, look at earlier schedule that is always more competitive, and expect anything but top 5 worst record again.
People have such an unreaslitic expetations for Isaac & Fultz. Fultz probably won't even play first couple of months.
isaac played 32 min of basketball since January 1st, 2020. You will get him back after being out of basketball for basically 2 years.
As far as rookies go, Wiseman last year, Zion year prior were pegged as " immediate contributors", both got hurt so early and were basically out for whole season.
In general, almost all rookies get hurt nowdays because their bodies can't handle increesed workloud.
