It definitely is. It's to the point where I have my suspicions. There's only so long they can stay at the top of the league in spin rate while having pitchers jump in spin rate when they join the Rays and then lose it a bit when they leave before I raise an eyebrow. I'm curious to see what happens to the Rays if and when the league starts to crack down on sunscreen and other such substances.
