I thought a flagrant 1 counted as a tech, but i could def be wrong. I did try to look it up and it says 2 flagrant 1s is an ejection, I guess I just assumed fragrant translates to 1 tech.

I don't think Jokic should have been ejected in a game like this, however you are underselling the hit. A guy that size winding up and having his huge forearm comedown and across your nose would hurt like hell. Depending on the hit could rattle your head a bit, eyes water, could break a nose. You act like Jokic kissed him on the cheek.
