It's still going too. "OKC really knows how to rebuild right." Sure, if you love first round exits every year. I think that's what most of us call "the treadmill."
Now, the stupid thing about all the complaining about not tanking properly is that it disregards the chance/luck factor relative to the draft. And if you're going to do that, then clearly Weaver and Casey...

Now, I don't expect the Weaver/Casey haters to give any credit since those posters would thus have to admit that they were completely wrong. I expect the usual "they still screwed it up but got lucky; OKC actually did it right but got screwed in the draft."
